Earlier this month Defense Secretary Leon Panetta warned about a possible "cyber-Pearl Harbor," saying it could potentially wreak havoc on the nation's financial system, power grid, transportation system and government.

I believe Panetta was the guy who also said we are in a "pre-911" moment.

"Before September 11, 2001 the warning signs were there. We weren't organized. We weren't ready. And we suffered terribly for that lack of attention," said Panetta. "We cannot let that happen again. This is a pre-9/11 moment."

Yes, it was. Does this guy sound a bit panicky? He is Secretary of Defense.
