He exhibits some boy-child characteristics, and is socially awkward. You dont think he is psyched the president of the US visited him, shook his hand, and promised to stop "military exercises" called "war games"...?
It is certainly an unorthodox attempt at diplomacy but the x factor remains whether or not anyone saw that coming?
