"So our National Defense, in terms of stopping ISIL...depends upon whether or not we can convince the Arab world to go in there and defeat these guys?"

Answer

"It really comes down to building coalition...so that what the Arab-Muslim world sees is THEM(disdainfully) rejecting ISIL.

So it appears that taking down "ISIL" (which now appears to be a bogus fabrication in order to advance a certan agenda I can only speculate on) isn't the goal. The goal is to fabricate an entity that comes across as radical so that Arabs/Muslims can reject it.

Question

"They already reject ISIL. Do you know of any major Arab ally that embraces ISIL?"

Answer

"I know of major Arab allies that FUND them."

Question

"Ye, but do they embrace them?"

Senator, does funding an entity not signify an embracing thereof?

Then the Senator actually tries to JUSTIFY the actions of those funding ISIS!! What a joke.
