As state officials begin to tighten restrictions to cope with the Ebola crisis, the White House has appointed Ron Klain, who served as chief of staff to Vice President Joe Biden, to be the new "Ebola czar" to coordinate government response to the medical emergency.

CZAR??? The less than serious approach by the White House raises several questions....but
