WASHINGTON —The Trump administration on Tuesday imposed sanctions on 10 companies and six individuals from mostly China and Russia who it says helped North Korea develop its nuclear and ballistic missile programs.
Russia and China are allies and have always despised economic penalties from the US. Will they ever be fed up with such condescension? Only time will tell...
