Yes, the mark will have plenty of perks that come along with it including this one, the ability to measure BAC(Blood Alcohol Content). Others include being able to "magically" open doors, turn lights and other accessories on, activate gadgets, etc.

But of course, the one feature it will have which will forever change history and undoubtedly have an impact on the future -even spiritually- is the fact that one "will not be able to buy or sell without it".
