China-Leading the way towards the New Order?

Could it be that, China begins depopulation with its own citizens so as to vouch for the same throughout the rest of the world?

And could it be, that citizens who score low on their social standardization are citizens being accused of having the virus?

Could that set the precedent worldwide?
