Maybe Putin thinks the virus is really that serious hence the table used with Macron. He does have the right to be as cautious as possible as a head-of-state. Im sure he isolates himself as well so it's nothing that he's asking Bolsonaro to do that he doesn't do himself.
Just last night someone passed away on a commercial flight from Brazil to France. The flight was halted and made emergency-landing in Spain.
