This site is made in honor of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ who gave His life for me and whose blood has covered over my transgressions and thus reconciled me with the Father to whom forever be the glory!

This site contains pictures, videos, commentary, links, posts, writings, etc. meant to in one way or another, directly or indirectly lift up the Name, the ONLY name, under heaven, given to men, by which we must be saved, Jesus Christ.

The postings on this site are meant to provide the believer with uplifting testimony from the Spirit. If you are a believer and feel there is anything which may be perceived as detrimental to the cause and/or advancement of the Gospel, please let me know.

My personal writings are meant to inspire, instruct, and instill a grateful spirit, for I believe it is only right to give thanks to the One responsible for all things and to stay in constant contact with Him.

In addition, this site will in many ways help us to stay awake, as we await THE DAY! It is my firm belief that it is our generation that will come to see the events foretold and pre-ordained before the foundation of the earth spoken of through the prophets and to John, the beloved apostle who "testifies to everything he saw—that is, the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ" and whose unveiling declares that "Blessed is the one who reads the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear it and take to heart what is written in it, because the time is near."

Like always, LET US REJOICE IN THE LORD, as we "await in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed."

AMEN.

American society and its infatuation with race...

...states the obvious about the Lord Jesus Christ in this article.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/jesus-not-white-why-recognizing-093002982.html

This is not controversial from a scholarly point of view, but somehow it is a forgotten detail for many of the millions of Christians who will gather to celebrate Easter this week.

Not so much "forgotten". Rather, irrelevant.

Now it is true that western society depicts him in many instances as "white", blonde haired and blue eyed which is indeed highly unlikely.

Instead, the questions that should be asked when faced with a portrait of a black, brown, or white Jesus are:

1) Did he die for my sins?
2) Was he resurrected?
3) Is he returning?

COME LORD JESUS!

Defense Secretary Jim Mattis on Tuesday dismissed that he would be at odds with incoming national security adviser John Bolton, whose hawkish views toward Iran and North Korea have raised concerns among lawmakers that he would push the Trump administration toward war.

Um, getting kinda weird...

https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/world/2018/03/26/north-koreas-kim-jong-un-visits-china-first-foreign-trip-reports/459443002/

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has gone on his first foreign visit since assuming power in 2011, sources with knowledge of the trip told Bloomberg news on Monday. This would confirm earlier reports from Japanese media that a high-ranking official from Pyongyang had traveled to Beijing by train.

This after Enrique raised tariffs on China last week.

Current Events-Tariffs on China

WASHINGTON — Primed for economic combat, President Donald Trump set in motion tariffs on as much as $60 billion in Chinese imports to the U.S. on Thursday and accused the Chinese of high-tech thievery, picking a fight that could push the global heavyweights into a trade war.

Wow...does this guy know the Chinese own more US debt than any other one nation? Who's second? Russia. Needless to say, if any type of hostile behavior is tossed into either corner, Russia or China, they undoubtedly have each other's backs.

President Trump embarked Thursday on the sharpest trade confrontation with China in nearly a quarter-century, moving toward imposing tariffs on $60 billion in Chinese goods and limiting China’s freedom to invest in the U.S. technology industry.
The Chinese government fired back hours later, threatening to hit $3 billion in U.S. goods with tariffs. Trump’s announcement was “typical unilateralism and protectionism,” China’s Commerce Ministry said in a statement, and it had set a “very bad precedent.”
“China does not want to fight a trade war, but it is absolutely not afraid of a trade war,” it said in a statement issued Friday morning in Beijing. “We are confident and capable of meeting any challenge. It is hoped that the U.S. side will be able to make a swift decision and not to drag bilateral economic and trade relations into danger.”

The bigger risk is that the current skirmishes mushroom into a global trade war.

Current Events-BO

https://www.yahoo.com/news/obama-north-koreas-isolation-means-less-leverage-talks-041404031.html

LOL...only US president ever to stay relevant even after leaving office...in this case, opining on North Korea while in Japan.

"North Korea is an example of a country that is so far out of the international norms and so disconnected with the rest of the world," Obama told a packed hall in Tokyo.
He stressed that the effort to get North Korea to give up nuclear weapons remains difficult, but said countries working together, including China, South Korea and Japan, to pressure the North is better than nations working alone.
He noted that past U.S. efforts on Iran's nuclear weapons were more successful because there was more leverage, but that there's little commerce and travel with North Korea to being with.
"That makes them less subject to these kinds of negotiations," he said of North Korea.
Guy talks as if he is still president...and to the rest of the world...it kinda feels that way.
