At a press briefing Wednesday, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said "we have a path out of this," but maintained that "variants are a wild card that could reverse this progress we have made."
"Simply put, the sooner we get more and more people vaccinated, the sooner we will all get back to normal," Walensky said.
Ok, so the one and only narrative or the one and only thing that matters is VACCINES. Whether or not cases, hospitalizations, or mortality rates go up or down is obsolete.
How do they measure the # of cases anyway? Are people still getting tested just for the heck of it? Travel rates rates are still down. It can't be based on that.
But the flu rate has gone down....97%.
In conclusion. COVID is flu on steroids.

While the Biden administration has been racing to maximize the number of Americans vaccinated against COVID-19, government researchers have also been working on what form the next generation of vaccines will take.
That's right. If you thought you were done with covid vaccines after you took yours, you were wrong. Vaccines are here to stay. My guess is they will gradually progress from injections, to patches, to pills, to tatttoos, to RFID chips...And with each vaccine "upgrade", the perks will get juicier and juicier.

With everything bad that’s happened because of the pandemic, there’s been one silver lining: flu cases are way down. According to statistics, flu cases have dropped just over 97 percent, and that’s amazing news.

Biden’s wildly successful vaccine rollout means that soon everyone who wants a vaccine will have one. When that happens, restaurants, movie theaters, gyms, barbers, airlines and Ubers should require proof of vaccination before providing their services.
And it shouldn’t stop there. Businesses should make vaccination a requirement for employment.
Whoa, easy there COVID freak. Not that I would need any of those services anyway but we don't wanna set any radical precedents over a vaccine that is still not fully approved. Why dont people understand that?
