I saw satan fall like lightning from heaven...
The Mahdi allows the destruction of "big Satan" at the hands of its creditors. Whether this destruction occurs literally remains to be seen although I see no reason to see Revelation 18 as symbolic when the text can be taken for what it is worth. The collapse of the USA as the lone superpower and alongside it the world's current reserve currency would be a sign to the muslim world that whoever manipulated this "from within" is to be perceived as the messiah. That a muslim would be able to penetrate/infiltrate the ranks of the world's superpower is already a sign. That he would be the catalyst in the demise of it is a major sign. Given that darkness operates in secret, the mahdi will never come out and say " I am the mahdi, worship me". By doing so it would go against the principles of darkness. That Islam and socialism have one thing in common is one very interesting idea. That a New World Order would be socialist in nature is another. The asian markets are carefully watching, especially China. Even if a "deal" does go through, the chinese must have something under their sleeve too. It would make things worse if and once the asian markets showed a "loss of confidence" and begin to show it in their trading. Way too much drama...way too many people confident...and life goes on as normal...until...

They all have something in common. The truth is, the USA owes the WORLD money. The WORLD is bigger than the USA, despite of what the majority of americans think or believe. The collapse of the economic aspect of the lone superpower would give the WORLD leverage to move in a way prophecied in the Word of God.
