This dude is speaking on behalf of whom exactly? Is he saying that heterosexual men are to blame for something?

This statement was in response to a German cardinal also said gay people had been treated poorly and deserved an apology in response to the shooting in Orlando. The Pope echoed these sentiments, saying, “If a person who has that condition [being gay] has good will and is seeking God, who are we to judge?”

LOL. He messed up there cause I dont think homosexuality sees itself as a "condition".

RIO DE JANEIRO — The Rio de Janeiro state government declared a state of "public calamity" on Friday, warning that extreme economic measures would need to be implemented to successfully host the Olympic Games in August.

The statement, published late Friday on the state government's web site, said that emergency actions are necessary to avoid a "total collapse in public safety, health, education, transport and environmental management."
