A Message About Babylon

Well, I was gonna abstain from formulating an opinion. But since Mr. Tebow has offered a response, I will too. First of all, I think Jake Plummer's comment have been taken out of context. Second of all, I am a Christian and Kansas City Chiefs fan. But Tim Tebow's statements just about brought tears to my eyes. He has been blessed beyond a measure and is fully aware of that. His actions are a byproduct of his faith and what a feeling it must be to be able to shift the focus away from self to Jesus Christ on television. I have to say, if the chiefs don't make it to the playoffs and our archrival broncos do, I will find myself rooting for them just because I appreciate anyone who glorifies God and relishes each and every opportunity to do so. Lord, I thank you for You. And I thank you for souls such as Tim Tebow who encourages his brothers and sisters in their walk by his actions. Im sure he would testify that he is only doing what he has been called to do.

Hallelujah! Praise the Lord. He certainly is worthy!

In America, the Federal Emergency Management Administration (FEMA) was created in 1979 under Presidential Memorandum 32 authored for President Carter by Prof. Samuel P. Huntington, a Harvard professor and former FEMA Advisory Board chairman. Huntington wrote the Seminal Peace for the Trilateral Commission in the mid 70's, in which he criticized democracy and economic development as outdated ideas. The song "imagine" by John Lennon-who infamously was quoted as saying the beatles were more popular than Jesus Christ-is without a doubt the anthem of the new world. In analyzing the lyrics of the song, you can see that Lennon saw what today's world sees. "Imagine there's no heaven"...is the cry of the humanist who discredits God's sovereignty and justice. The same applies to "no hell below us". It is an ever increasing popular cry as the harvest continues to grow and humans become more and more enamored with creation and humanity itself. Lennon, in pleading for people to "live for today" was only looking to serve the hungry human appetite for a life apart from God, a life free of guilt as self-love at times becomes so rampant that it declares man god. But the very interesting "imagine there's no countries" is possible today as individual sovereignty of states is being pushed aside for the belief in a one world government. As obvious as Lennon's distaste for anything divine or unseen was, declaring that there's "nothing to live or die for" is a complex statement since it contradicts his overall message of "love". That the world is more unanimously seeking a pluralist, "tolerant" society in terms of creeds/religions, etc, is in direct line with Lennon's imagine. He is a secular prophet perhaps.

It seems that "peace" is the word of the century, if not the millennium. Humanity and all its dictates preach that 5 letter word as if it were indeed a reality waiting to happen. And it appears that everyone is pointing in one direction...

The cry "I hope some day you join us" is the cry of  revolutions taking place throughout the world, as the new order of things begins to unfold more and more clearly. Without the use of unpopular terms, the need for deception increases as those less informed continue on their path of oblivion while the world CHANGES on its path to be "as one"...

See, Lennon, like all other humanists, failed to understand society's biggest problem. The world's biggest problem isn't poverty.  The world's biggest problem isn't greed. It's not injustice. It's not war. It's not famine. It's not global warming. The world's biggest problem is the one it CAN'T solve nor will it EVER be able TO solve.

It is the only certainty in life, and by no coincidence is the exact opposite thereof.

Armageddon movies, rapture callings, doomsday theories, false christs, all saturate contemporary society. Theories at best and fiction at worse, could God actually use all this propaganda to ready His church for His coming?

Despite the fact that many make money out of the apocalyptic concept and besides the fact that many use it as subject for ridicule, does any of this actually remove the truth that Christ is returning?

Greece, then Portugal, Italy and Spain. Down goes the EURO. Would that make it more difficult for the dollar to survive? Bottom line is more room is being made for a new world currency.

Bible readers can find that city thessaloniki familiar sounding since it is one of the churches to which Paul wrote 2 epistles. Notice how the people WANT a shutdown. Greece is the catalyst of the new world order? Will the "gentiles" catapult the beast's government into being?

"We just can't take it any more. There is desperation, anger and bitterness," said Nikos Anastasopoulos, head of a workers' union for an Athens municipality.

Other municipal workers said they had no option but to take to the streets.

"We can't make ends meet for our families," said protester Eleni Voulieri. "We've lost our salaries, we've lost everything and we're in danger of losing our jobs."

Sounds pretty serious. What if the same happens once the dollar collapses??
