SAN FRANCISCO – JPMorgan Chase and at least four other financial institutions were hacked recently in a series of coordinated attacks, a federal law enforcement official told USA TODAY.
The
source, who was not authorized to comment publicly, said investigators
believe Russian hackers were the source of the attacks. What is less
clear is whether the attacks were prompted by U.S. sanctions against the
Russian government.
These are reported quite often and are likely to increase with time given that they are American financial institutions and the American Government is drowning in debt.
Can you imagine if the governments of countries who own US debt actually forced the citizens of the US to pay for its government's fiscal failures? How would BO react? Declare war or rationalize the issue?
Can you imagine a speech where BO suggests that they can't do anything about it because the debt is legitimate??
