Does God decree things that He Himself is against?

This question is commonly asked when the topics of 'free will' and 'predestination' are discussed. The sovereignty of God is one of His characteristics that is second only to His nature in terms of understanding, or difficulty in doing so. To understand the Trinity is close to impossible if not impossible. This is part of a God who can't be fully fathomed, for if the day were to come where we would COMPLETELY understand Him, that day would signal the day God stopped being God. WHY? Because on that day, we would have the God 'puzzle' figured out. And anything that has been figured out, we are masters of.

God's sovereignty is difficult to understand because in this world, we believe that since we have our being, we are entitled to something, even though it is HIS world. The mystery of God is one of the things that keeps mature believers coming back for more. By the same token, it is the same thing that causes immature non believers to grow frustrated, for they have the audacity to think or believe that God could be fully fathomed. They can't come to grips with a 'puzzle' that can't be figured out. Why is this so? Because in their vanity, not having EVERYTHING figured out, is reason for rebellion. The person who can't figure out rubik's cube, does what? Just gives up on it. I know, because I tried, but I just couldn't do it. I became so frustrated that I ripped pieces off the thing and tried to solve it that way. But God's mystery is different. I keep coming back for more because ultimately, it is a battle I can't lose. WHY? Because God isn't keeping score but I keep winning.

The rendering of a world currency, like all currencies, would simply be used, like all currencies, as a standard of measurement. However, in a humanistic utopian society, how much a person has or doesn't have wouldn't matter as much as it does in contemporary society, not only in principle but also in practice. In essence, the terms 'have's and have not's' and 'keeping up with the Joneses' would be things of the past. A world currency would be part of a world economy that would economically consolidate the entire world and thus do away with imports and exports being used as a measure for profits, since profits in a new world economy would be unnecessary, for ALL would be one. Today, most countries have their own sovereignty and thus make policies which are in the best interest of each respective nation and because of this, profits still matter. There are a few countries that still are subject to other regimes' control because they have yet to gain independence, or sovereignty for one reason or another. However, these states would not oppose entrance into something as big as a world goverment. In fact, their rebellion towards their oppressive regimes would be perceived as a good move since anyone regime will pale in comparison to THE regime. 

The removal of a capitalist approach to transactions between nations would lead to much harmony, or peace, for there would no longer be a need to always try and get the best deal at the expense of wrongdoing. Today, due to excessive greed, it is the common practice of individuals to do whatever it takes to 'get the deal done'. The same principle applies to political policies on a collective scale.

In addition to the doing away with the concept of profits, and thus greed, a world currency/economy would also do away with much violence. This would be accomplished  through technology that would allow for a world currency to be digital, or intangible. Not only would a digital currency make accounting easier, but it would also significantly, if not completely, eliminate the volume of crimes that occur due to the desire for more of the vehicle that allows for buying power. An intangible world currency would deem the need for a tangible way to barter, useless. Today, CASH(tangible) is still used for transactions that take place via exchange of 'legal tender', albeit at a considerably lower rate, since the invention of the 'magnetic stripe', barcodes, scanners, etc. An intangible world currency would usher in a system where the need for such a 'complicated' approach to bartering would be not only impractical but also irregular in regards to statutes. However, the 'convenience' of the system would obviously come at a price. If you want to be part of it, you must prove your allegiance to it. And granted, who wouldn't? The best and at the time, ONLY way to buy or sell will be through the 'convenient' system.

The birth of a beast...

The path towards a world government would begin with world economy and the consolidation of most of the enterprises which today make up western/capitalist societies, since capitalism is the ideology that drives the economy. In order for economic/commercial consolidation to take place genuinely, that is, without it appearing to be deliberate, it would have to be 'caused' by an event that would convince the world that a change was needed. 

For most people, 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' applies. However, there are a few who aren't satisfied with such 'mediocracy'. An utopian society is an 'equal' society, cries the humanist.

The economic 'crash' that affected the entire world these past 2 years served as a lesson to be learned. Whereas in the past, most sovereign governments would try to fix the problems by tackling economical mishaps such as trade deficits, budget deficits, inflation, etc. nowadays the opposite appears to be true. It seems that the best way to 'fix' this problem of deficits/debts, is to go bankrupt.

What happened with AIG, the insurance company? How many 21st century customers know they are insured with what used to be AIG? It went bankrupt, it was 'bailed out' and it is now known as 21st century insurance. It just got a 'fresh start', put on a new name and Bingo! As easy as that. Bankrupt individuals, after a few years, also get a 'fresh start'. They get to keep their name but there is simply an asterisk by it. What about the banking industry? Well, the 'bailout' also applied to banks as well. The largest banks were given money and they in turn 'bought off' smaller banks, thus consolidating the banking industry. The banking industry is also responsible for the housing market which also suffered a crash due to subprime lending. So American banks, homes, insurance and auto industries ALL were helped out by the American government. In other words, the government took on this debt.

In order to buy this debt, money had to materialize. The US has a central bank called the federal reserve, or The Fed.* The Fed has the power to put more money in circulation but it is not an entity of the US government. The problem with this is that the more paper floating around, the less that paper is worth(inflation). Ever since the fiat system went into existence in the 70's, the flow of paper has been basically unchecked. The question I ask is, if the government is drowning in debt, and it is buying out American debt with American money, how soon will the American currency(dollar) stay put? After pondering this question, I thought of the possibility that the American government may be overspending deliberately to start anew, or get a 'fresh start', just like the banks, insurance companies, and even individuals have gotten. The best way to start anew, is to simply disregard the present state of the problem and actually HASTEN its demise by doing what was already being done, that is, spend recklessly, and doing so at a faster rate. In the US, more banks have failed these last few years than ever before. Which means what? There is a consolidation process already taking place.

However, given that global economic stability is a worldwide concern, and that the American dollar is the currency by which most transactions in the world take place(ALL of crude oil transactions are in dollars), the world understands that if the American dollar is submerged, this would open up a window of opportunity for a much desired global currency. A global currency is a very important step, if not THE most important step to usher in a world economy which would obviously have to be part of a world government. All other aspects of government, compared to economics,  pale in comparison as far as dynamics are concerned. You figure out how to solve the money issue and everything else just falls into place.

After reading this, many questions came to mind.

1. How does this 'most isolated man in the world' compare to the first man,
Adam? Are there any similarities between this article and the first few chapters
in the book of Genesis?

2. How inclined to sin is this 'most isolated man in the world'?

3. Will the 'most isolated man in the world' be saved?

4. If given the chance to enter the civilized world, would this 'most isolated man in the world' take it?

5. Do you think there is any lie or deceit in the 'most isolated man in the world'?

6. Does the 'most isolated man in the world' sin?

The last paragraph of this article states:

God is Good.

The passing over from death to life is something that can not be measured the day you get saved, or as I like to put it, the day the Lord called you before the 

foundation of the earth. On that day angels rejoiced, as they understood that 

anyone called by God is bound for an adventure of infinite proportions given the 

awesomeness of God.

For me, these last ten years have also been the 1st 10 years 

as I realize that the moment God called me, I entered into eternity, He already 

knowing it, simply withholding it from me until my time. It is quite difficult for us, who dwell upon the earth, to even come close to understanding what it is that God has prepared for us. However, if we carefully analyze what we do know about our sovereign God, His word and the fact that He was in our midst, we can be sure that eternity is where we wanna be. Granted, we are bound and limited by the laws of physics which have been established by His name and thus we can conclude that we truly are nothing but a grain of sand. 

God has made us infinitely small on purpose. He did this so that we can stand in infinite awe of His majesty and beauty. He doesn't 'wow' us by chance. It is His

goodwill that we accept His splendor with honor and praise, worthy is His name!
