Can schools require/mandate vaccines?
Generally, schools aren't requiring the shots yet, as COVID-19 vaccines are still being distributed under an emergency use authorization. Once the vaccines are fully approved by the Food and Drug Administration, more schools and employers are likely to require them.
And my guess is that's when stuff is gonna start hitting the fan.
"When final approval is issued, and vaccines are accessible, I think that the question is going to be when to mandate the COVID-19 vaccine, and how to uphold that mandate in a consistent way," said John Comegno, an attorney in New Jersey who specializes in education law.
Statistically speaking, the numbers are excellent for the establishment. In the US alone, they got almost half of adults to volunteer for the experiment.
However, if there is a place on earth where people will fight for their rights, it's the US of A.
What options will there be for people who refuse to abide by laws/codes that mandate vaccines? Internment camps?
Im about 90% sure that when constitutionalists are faced with the choice of taking a vaccine, going to a FEMA camp, or fighting, the last one will prevail.
