Again, be your own doctor in terms of what may work for you. No one cares more about you than you. At least I hope that's the case.
If walking around with a sniffle, a headache, a cough or a dry throat doesn't bother you, then maybe mask-wearing shouldnt be much of a priority for you but you do have to comply with requirements if they exist in order to enter a place of business.
Cloth masks were, for me, ineffective because when you inhale and exhale onto a mask you use over and over again, it defeats the process of eliminating whatever remnants of bad air you may have in your system. It's equivalent to the emissions in a car. Think of the catalytic converter. If it's bad, you wont pass the inspection. If you have symptoms everyday and you wear the same mask everyday then that should lead you to conclude that the mask may at least be partly to blame.
This is where the government is failing the public because not everybody can go around buying disposable or more efficient masks.
Do your own tests. Did you use to have a headache everyday? If the answer is no, then you have to find out what is causing you to have a headache. Does it happen when you go into a crowded place? Does it happen when you kiss someone? Does it happen out the blue? Does it happen when you workout? When does it happen? Apply the same approach with all other symptoms. UNLESS, again, it doesn't bother you to have the minor symptoms associated with the virus.
