I ran into this quote by Henry Kissinger while watching a video on Agenda21.
I guess there may be different ways to look at it but he's especially good at masking his main premise by compounding his second one.
To me, his first and main premise, is to kill off the third world. He somehow tries to justify this by interjecting US economic needs.
